Breast Care When a mass is located, when you have complications from implants, or when you have a family history of breast cancer.

For breast care I suggest that you change your diet and life style. This is a "light switch" event -- change everything now.

At night please mix a 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil with 1/2 tablespoon of Flax oil. I suggest Berlans oil. I am hoping to create a new oil formula for women. The founder of Berlans is a FRS patient.

Decrease carbs in your diet and fatty meats. Increase fish in your diet. Pour on the vegetables and fruits. Really increase veggies and fruits. Have snacks of veggies and fruits through out the day.

Use NATURAL yogurt with active lactobacillius. Make a drink of this daily.

Avoid Soy Products

Avoid any supplement or food product that stimulates estrogen. Spices: Garlic, Curry, Parsley and Hot Peppers are to be encouraged

Stop Wearing Bras

Do not wear a bra. Do not bind the chest in any way to stop lymphatic flow. Exercise Daily. You want to keep your body moving and reducing fat.

It is normal in France to schedule to have work done on your breasts at a breast care salon. That is correct, a salon for breasts. You go there and they wash your breasts and put creams on them. This is common service in Europe that is never performed in the USA. We have taken that concept and gone further with it than in France in that we teach clients about their breast and have a medical protocol and integrative treatment program for all clients.

We are offering a program of antioxidant treatment for the breast for all women. Use of the Far Infra Red heat application is hoped to break down the toxins held in adipose cells (fat) and increase the transport of applied substances throughout the dermis into the breast tissues.

We have several products for breast care including items for at home use. A tonic solution as a mild healing astringent for pores, a vitamin mild cream for the breast to increase firmness, and a mask for purification of the cells and pores.

What is of greatest importance is that we have antioxidant formula that has REVERSED Breast Dysplasia. This is a messy formula so you need to wear an old tee shirt for treatments.
