Prior to the use of any of our formulas you fill out an extensive health screening form, provide a family tree, and have a consultation directly with one of our health care providers. A form on line at our web site is available for you to print online and then fill out and provide to your health care provider. He or she then faxes this signed to our center office at 323.874.5532. You need to call our formulary offices and start your account providing a credit card for products. The forms to sign up for the Reverse it formula are on line as well. The exact compositions of hormonal formulas are based on your serum blood test results. Thus each of the formulas is individualized for your personal indications and needs. Local Pain Formula
In 1997 one of the first compounded topical pain killer was created by our staff for the use of the physicians caring for players of the LAKERS. This formula is available for all physicians to prescribe. It is appliedto the skin. For deep penetration we suggest use with FAR INFRA RED technology. It is based on KETPROFEN. Have your physcian call our offices to obtain this for your use. This goes into the local area to treat pain to by pass the stomach and liver.
