HISTORY

The story of how, why, who and what of a book is often lost in history. People die and the events surrounding a publication fade. The concept is to just write the book. I am not one for tradition or keeping things as they have been. As an amateur archeologist I love to dig. As a scientist I am driven to know what came before. You have your choice and can simply jump and avoid this section. The history of all things is part of the being of any creative object. I believe you may be interested in the history of REVERSE IT: MENOPAUSE. I can not offer you every detail or this chapter would be a small book in itself.

I was going through toxic boxes of burned documents that were salvaged from when someone(s) burned my office to the ground in 1999. In this box I found the medical chart of Helen Hunt. I recall Helen vividly. She was a young actress talented, attractive and intelligent. The most important part I recall about Helen was she was nice. She spoke well and asked intelligent questions. She also was appreciative.

Her medical chart was from the early 80’s. She had done the monkey movie with Matthew Broderick. She had not seen the full stretch of her talent. She was infatuated with Broderick. I was amused because she was so sophisticated and she was not secure enough to see how beautiful she was as a person. Her stories were often about the behavior of actors.

In the medical records was the notation in my handwriting that I gave a copy of NO MORE MENOPAUSE to Helen. This document dated the early time I had written text on this topic. I was taken aback to see that I had begun this work so early in my clinic practice. I then read further and saw I was educating women on hormones and explaining hormonal imbalances that far back in the early 80‘s. Helen Hunt was not a menopausal woman by any means. I was working to educate her about hormones and how they affected the female body. I was explaining natural cyclic hormones and how they functioned and compared them with synthetic hormones and the complications that occur with each form.

In reviewing the chart I saw that Helen’s mother was more comfortable with the status quo in medical care and was discounting these alternative treatments I began years ago, before the band wagon that followed behind.

I wonder if Helen has ever realized that she was getting care 20 years advanced over the treatments her mother was having. All that finding this chart did was date how very early I had done an enormous amount of work in hormones during the late 70’s and had theories I was implementing in the 80’s. I felt pretty good to see the advances I made and offered women in the early 80’s which were not available and are still nor available as a common standard of practice.

I ran into Helen years later vacationing in Maui at the Grande Wailea. She was engaged and had many accomplishments. I was working on this book at the pool side. I did not ask anything personal or medical. I knew my timing has always been 20 years ahead of my peers. The care her mom supported was not a standard I would accept for any woman. However, I am not on the middle section of the bell curve. I worried about her because one of the MDs her mother sent her to was a “cutter“. A “cutter” is an MD who takes out your organs without even asking you. He was the type of gyn if you had an abnormal pap he would do a cone biopsy in a woman who never had children. And he never used preventative treatments. Some nights I would dream about all the c/sections caused by overly aggressive cutting on the female cervix. The fact that the standards need to be revised remains an on going issue.

I then continued to write about my No More Menopause Program and work on the book in the early 80’s. One of my first clients to treat who wanted to avoid menopause was Suzanne Somers. There are more stories in here to tell you about including Tina Louise, a sweet and nice woman who never looked her so called age. And the conflicts of Naomi Judd and her mistreatment in Tennessee.

Are Suzanne’s ears burning? They should be. Suzanne has recently written a book The Sexy Years and erased me from her own history. That is a common event in her life. She erases her history in her books. She leaves out the stories of her own ugliness.

Suzanne came to me in the early 80’s because I was working on AIDs at the time. It had gotten around Hollywood that I had uncovered a scandal at Cedar’s Sinai Medical Center in which AIDS had infected new born children. I was looking to reduce contact with the HIV virus and set up protocols to limit its spread.

Suzanne had a home in Las Vegas and a show on the strip. She was dancing with gay men and worried about physical contact. Some of the dancers she said were being diagnosed with AIDS. I met with her and provided a protective protocol and materials. There was a risk from cuts on the stage. Things like this did happen.

She had the first anti-viral wipes made to kill viruses on the stage and for staff to wipe off their cuts and sweat. A first aid kit was part of the protocol to clean and treat all wounds immediately.

This was the beginning of my relationship with Suzanne. She had health issues as well that I treated and cured.

Alan Hamel her husband was with her all of the time. I did not know then that it was not love or affection. Suzanne is his property to make money off of and he is there to protect his interest. He has this big wide smile that soon turns into the grin of a shark. There are many events that I will tell in another book about Suzanne that Jackie Collins would love to use in her books. Here I will give you and over view about Suzanne because I am saving these for another work.

I prescribed PRE menopausal hormones for her use to slow down the on set of menopause. This was in the 80’s. These were followed with serum blood levels to insure balance. She was in her 40’s then.

Several times she was on television telling the world she never had plastic surgery. She would just lie to the public. She would brag to me in private about all her plastic surgery. She seemed addicted to plastic surgery and I have seen happen to many women. She had a canal put into her chin and neck to remove fat.

She would go on QVC and sell what ever she could sell. She would bring me so many products to have me try them. She would tell me how wonderful they were and all were miracles. That thigh master product had created the on going search for the next article to sell. Alan spent his days looking for items to sell. Life was about having the children work for the Somers business and it was sell, sell all of the time. Suzanne lived a life style that I felt was way over the edge. She does sleep in 400 dollar sheets. She told my husband to buy me expensive sheets and towels one Christmas. I returned them because I really felt it was sick to spend money like that and have no consciousness about the world we live in. I told my ex-spouse who I realized was into all of this entitlement life style to NEVER buy me anything Suzanne offered as a suggestion. We had different life styles and beliefs. He had gotten me towels that cost 300 dollars each. It was one of my worst holidays. I was unhappy with the gifts and more so I was unhappy that I did not like the people around me. With my work for women how could Suzanne ever think I would support such a jaded world?

Suzanne was Mrs. Endorsement. She showed me items to stop snoring, the electric stimulation of facial muscles, ginger as a cure all to all health conditions, oxygen products that were not oxygen but cured everything. It was a snake oil show all of the time. She would ask me to use the products and comment. I did and she and Alan stopped asking me because I told the truth. Then there were her jewelry and clothes lines. Then food lines. Suzanne never created anything… she sold the products created by other’s, and still does to this day.

At this time I had given her the NO MORE MENOPAUSE draft and started her on Natural Cyclic Hormones. Her first hormones from me were all natural and this was years before what she reported in her book. She recreated history in her book and wiped out over eleven years of care from me providing advanced natural hormone technology. She failed to understand I created the formulas and compounding science. She never got the image I went into a lab and did this work. She had some fantasy I wrote a prescription and the item magically appeared.

I always drew her blood and balanced her hormones. I spent many hours explaining the science and technology to her. She told me just do it. She was never interested in learning the science. What she did want to learn more about was sex. Sex and more sex. She wanted me to write a book on sex. She tried to get me to subscribe to a porno site that required you to purchase a satellite system. She explained to me it was hard core stuff not like playboy and she and Alan would watch it all the time. There is nothing about a bad movie I like at all. Porno movies suck. They are terrible movies. And as for sex, I am a romantic and need no movies to be sexual or sensual. I was at this time learning than many people in Hollywood were/are sexual perverts and deviants. Suzanne and Alan were into so many things that I did not find acceptable in my life style. But Alan and my ex-spouse Robert Schuster were into porno. Excessively into it. They were sex porno addicts. Uck.

Suzanne pulled me aside one day and told me she liked watching the women have sex together that it turned her on. I was beautiful and thin then and began to feel pressured and that things were inappropriate. And they were.

I did not need to be part of group sex or watch women have sex. I was not into women sexually. That could never work for me taking care of women requires a white knight consciousness. Women Mds who hit on their patients caused more traumas.

Alan and Suzanne at dinner one night talked about swinging and finding couples to do this with. Or another female. Alan was such a salesman I found him completely ugly as a person. He would spend most of his time talking about deals. Money was always the top topic of discussion. I found myself not talking.

He would also talk the talk about being a good husband and father. He went on and on about how Suzanne and he were the best parents in the world.

The reality was he dumped his wife and saw his children only as workers for the Suzanne Somers money factory. I had direct knowledge that Alan was not the great father too his kids. No matter what money he threw at them both his son and daughter knew Alan had destroyed the family unit to be with Suzanne. His daughter Leslie became Suzanne’s designer. Alan and Suzanne in their great parenting had no idea about the numbers of times I saved Leslie in crisis which she could not share with these ideal parents.

Leslie was tied to the money cord. She could not talk to them about her personal life and could not ask for comfort or advice. Its not that she failed. She was going through what all women go through in life. But she had no one to talk to about it in her family. She came to me. Over and over again I saved Leslie. Before I pass from this world I hope to write a book on all the silenced issues I could not speak about. This will be one of them.

As the years pasted my relationship was eroded away as I saw that Suzanne and Alan ACTED all the time and were not genuine people. Steven Alan’s son left the USA and married a girl in France. This was a smart thing to do. He had his own life not tied to the Suzanne Somers market- atone. Steven was a friend of Kneanu Revees before he moved away. Leslie told me about the divorce and how horrible Alan treated her mother. She was wounded by the past and was working on trying to make a future but had been linked and kept on a tether. Leslie had a brief romantic encounter with Keneau.

I had seen Keaneau leave Suzanne’s home in Palm Springs. I arrived for dinner and Kenaue was on his way out. Suzanne started in on what a terrible actor Keneau was and how he was never going to make it. I told her I thought he was cute and he did a great job in Ted and Bill. She told me I need to stick to medicine. She was so negative about him it was nasty. Alan came in and made negative comments about him being an addict and druggie that he could never learn his lines.

I was unhappy in my own personal life married to a jerk so like any woman I had just seen Keanu in person and thought hey he was cute. Next thing Leslie was telling me she slept with him. This was so LA LA Land.

About this time Suzanne was telling me I needed to be near her more and I needed to buy a home near her in Palm Springs. I was wealthy then so it was possible. She told me I was one of her best friends and I had helped her so much. She told me she wanted to be the god mother to my daughter Tara.

Then when I had Demetra, Suzanne asked me to have a formal ceremony to name her and Alan as the god parents. Several thousands of dollars later and Rabbi, Tom Tang cooking and more Suzanne and Alan were the official Jewish God parents. So Suzanne vowed to protect my children not matter what. She and Alan promised the Jewish God they would protect Tara and Demetra. Under Jewish law they were made the god parents of my daughters. They were so sincere and went around the party telling everyone they would care for the children.

They invited us to family dinners and events. Suzanne and I had multiple cook offs. The deal was who could make the best meal. I was able to do well in this area based on my training by Julia Child in the early 80’s. Back then I was asked to look at calcium and bone disease in women. I did find that older women stopped drinking milk and calcium decreased and their bones suffered. I know that many were allergic to milk but at that time we were not altering milk with hormones as we have today. I wonder how many women really are aware of the hormones in most of our milk today. Julia was at a conference for the Diary association so I got to learn about her cooking and about her for a few days. I learned to cook in depth at that time.

These dinners were holiday family ones. Thanksgiving, and Passover for example. This was a yearly event taking place from say 1985 till 1997. Suzanne would buy little gifts for my daughters and send notes as their god mother. I heard Suzanne tell Tara that she would always be there for her. As Demetra grew Suzanne told her she was her angel and she would protect her with her own life. The public needs to know as well as those involved with actors is that many of these people are always actors. Big smiles and white teeth. Words to sooth and convince.

My best friend was married to Cheech Marin. All he ever did was act. He created in his mind he was a loving and caring father. In reality he was a brut who flipped out and physically hurt his son and wife. In his mind this was not part of the script so he actually disassociated himself from his true behavior. In my new work on a philosophy of medicine and the psychology of patient and physician I will go into more detail. Learning to act is a skill. You can manipulate a scene, a situations, act to get what you want sex, money and power. Suzanne is always acting and has no sense of ethics, morals or self. She has become the character she plays. She is an adult and is responsible for all of her actions and manipulations. When ever she is caught as a cheat, it is someone else’s fault.

Suzanne would speak as if she was in control of her own actions. Over the years I would watch the interaction Suzanne believed she was nothing without Alan. She could read material over and over again to study it. She could sound compassionate and caring. She could sound like she has become enlightened and with knowledge. I recall this incident clearly. She had written a book that told the world that her father’s alcoholism and abuse was the cause and seed of her conflicts and issues. She had even worked out a way to wash away her walking out of Three’s Company. She tied it all together and had a book deal. Alan was behind it all. The plan was to create psychological centers and generate funds through these centers. Imagine Suzanne was becoming the psychological guru for the mental illness of millions. Her pop expose was all she needed. Everyone bought it. What was more real is Suzanne did not study the psychological studies and materials. She just sold her book and her program. At first I thought she was genuine. She is so very convincing. Tears and all. Then I was asked to come to several events she spoke at. I realized then it was a speech. Over and over again. Nothing changed. I felt uncomfortable. I did not realize I was being used. I had been on national television several times as an expert in women’s health care. She would introduce me. Now I know I was asked to come to these events to give her creditability. I was a stage prop to create the Suzanne Somers Institute.
This was Alan creation to take her book, market the hell out of it and get centers to pay her more money. Where are these Suzanne Somers centers today? This was her life’s work. Her passion. Her connection with people and life. And on and on. It was a con. It was all a con that was milked dry. Suzanne contracted to be a spokesperson and MORE. She held herself out as having expertise and a full staff of professionals to help psychiatric facilities develop her programs. The professionals were the con jobs of Alan Hamel and my ex spouse Robert Schuster. You need to know throughout these adventures I was not privileged to the structure of the business deals. Suzanne was into the project for the sting. Get in get what you can and get out. Hey it works over and over again in LALA Land. If Suzanne was authentic the program would exist today and be growing and have awards for its community service. This necessary psychological centers have all vanished. Suzanne can not sustain any project over time. Everything is for the moment.

Sorry to reveal truths about Suzanne to the many thousands of women who watch QVC and have become Suzanne groupies. To learn that a person you have come to believe in is a phony is betrayal. Betrayal is a common event in LA.

However the story is mythic and transition of karma is very real. And you will heal from this text and become empowered. Truly empowered. I will not vanish and my work will go on because I am not an actress. I have had my adult years in a city of con persons of all types. I was married to the perfect con person and psychopath. I was unconscious for sometime about my personal life. Well I had to be in part in denial as you hear this story. In part I am at fault for allowing and being with such people. I wonder if my ex spouse helped Suzanne rip me off and I know deep in side me he did . He would enjoy the sadistic nature of such events. He thieves on causing other’s pain.

I provided Suzanne my NO MORE MENOPAUSE PROGRAM in the mid 80’s. She was given creams, and oral medications to slow down or prevent the changes of menopause. Suzanne was happy with the results of my treatment program. She knew that I was not public about my program only a handful of women were escaping menopause.

I had talked with Simon and Schuster and was working with Barbara Guess to do this book. Barbra was great I was happy to have her for my editor. I was hard working and producing literature that women could read understand and feel. I talked with women …not to them. Some how I had escaped common medical objectification. Barbara had a good friend at Random House who was the editor of the hottest writer in their stable Caleb Carr. She wanted me to hook up with Caleb Carr for discussions on a project he was doing. That ventured helped open my eyes to the reality I had no personal life at all. I had a male friend to talk to in Caleb. Sometimes I heard his words and they were often painful. Caleb saw I was the Ms. Money bags for many people. I worked and worked and was dedicated to service of causes and women. People around me assumed I was spending money to do things I wanted to do and be happy. I had no idea that everything I had worked for was being destroyed. So on my inner growth I was changing. This was 1994.

I came back to LA having a book deal with Simon and Schuster. Patricia Solomonson wanted my menopause book and wanted to title it PRIMETIME. They also wanted a pregnancy book I had completed. I was happy to be able to write and get books out. I wanted to do one after another.

I had dinner with Alan and Suzanne. Suzanne told me she wanted to be the poster girl for my work in hormones. This was her thank you for curing her PMS. We sent several days going over the book. I gave her my outline and my current updated handout No More Menopause. She told me this was going to be her best work yet because the book would change how women thought about menopause. I spent many hours trying to educate Suzanne about hormones any my theory on receptors. Receptors and pump mechanisms was key to my work.

She could maintain a few minutes but has an attention span problem with science. Also she had a belief system that was impossible to break. If a little was good, the more was great. She also believed if something was natural it could not hurt you. Her world was about how you looked not actual health. If you were thin in her mind you were healthy. I began to see her hands with thinning skin and loss of muscle advancing very early on. I could only replace lost hormones I could never get Suzanne to take the protective oils I advised. I kept telling her oils healthy ones like flax seed could protect from cancer. Also I suggested supplements to take with her hormones that she kept telling me she never needed it because she took vitamins.

Suzanne was excited she knew I had helped many women including Tina Louise who looked incredible and was in good health. I had taken a stand to prevent the normal concept of menopause from taking place. She wanted to work on the book as a spokesperson. She knew it would be bought by many women. She kept asking what we can sell. This threw me off. The book and a revolution in health care was my answer. She told Alan this was a project she wanted to do. When you read this text you will see I begin supplements as they decrease before menopause takes hold. So that a program actual begins in your 40’s.

Suzanne knew my work to end menopause was a revolutionary thought that would impact the care of women significantly. She wanted to be in the spot light with me. She told Alan my work was worth multimillions of dollars. She was so excited about the income the book would bring in. Alan asked what else could we sell . He explained that books were only the marketing tool for selling a product. He explained that Suzanne’s book on alcoholism was about selling franchise programs. The dietary book she wrote was to sell food products on QVC.

I explained we could sell supplements. Alan said he think on it and next week we would have dinner and discuss it further. The week pasted and dinner came up to discuss the project.

Alan let me know right away the project he thought was great Suzanne had worked on him all week. Then he told me it was not an image however that Suzanne could get involved in yet. He told me that Suzanne could not be associated with menopause. He needed her to be thought of as young and sexy and NOT MIDDLE AGED. I would have to wait years before the project could be done. He said he agreed to do a deal where Suzanne would write in my book about her experience with my program and then go on national television and hawk the book and my new vitamin line which would be primarily owned by Suzanne. She would get 65 % and I would get 35%.

He explained that coming up with the formula had value but not as much value as having Suzanne as the spokesperson. In was 1995 and he said I would have to wait over 5 years . We shock hands on the deal. It was a deal.
The deal was never retracted.

Life took its turns. I learned my spouse was a psychopath who lived a secret life as a sexual deviate and a stock thief. I was also under the gun by the California Medical Board for actions he took as the manager of my practice. Everything hit me at once. I learned my entire marriage was a fraud and I and my children faced primordial betrayal. Everything I owned he stole. My medical license was taken.

I called Suzanne to cry and needed a friend. She had told me she was my best friend . When I talked about his sexual secret world she was quite. I began to realize she may have known and not told me all of those years. She did not call me. Here everything I had worked for was gone. My practice, my career and my marriage. I called Suzanne my best friend and godmother to my children once. She never picked up the phone. I was dead road kill to Suzanne she had no compassion or caring.

Years later I learned that she complained and lied about me at Warner’s Studio. I have saved hundreds of women’s lives in LA. One person heard Suzanne bragging to other’s at Warner’s dinning room that I was calling her all the time. That I would waking her up at 2 am, begging her to help me and talk with me. That I was driving her crazy. Reality was I made 2 calls in 6 mths. I wrote Suzanne off as a con person and flake. Suzanne never called me. She cut herself off entirely. She never called her GOD CHILDREN. I have come to find she created me out of thousands of dollars as well.

We were business partners for years under the name Soaring Hawk. We owned a large building in Beverly Hills which is now ironically owned MS Magazine. When Alan heard I had lost my medical license he decided to screw me on the business deal. I have learned that Alan had cheated me on many ways. And let me tell you Suzanne knew all the time what was going on. The slim is so bile…and thick. Here are some of the things I have found which I have to file a legal case against the wonder couple for:

They put their maid on my payroll and had me paying for her costs.
Failed to pay portion of taxes
Failed to pay portion of mortgage for some 7-8 months over $56,000
Failed to pay their portion of repair costs
Failed to pay their portion of gardening costs
Failed to pay their portion of utilities costs
And I am sure more but this was enough to learn.

The idea was to screw me as best they could. This is the famous wealthy Suzanne Sommers. When I saw she had me paying for her maid, I realized all the negative stories about Alan and Suzanne were real. She was not the victim of the networks. She was a manipulative liar and cheat. Here I had been lied to and lost many thousands of dollars. The International women’s health center I created was destroyed by her and Alan not paying costs and forcing it into a fire sale. This was the only library on women’s health in the nation. I was supporting research no one else would help.

I could never forgive Suzanne. Never. She had crossed all the lines I thought. What more could she do to me and my children. She had abandoned them. These are children she betrayed them telling them how she loved them and would always be there for them. She did everything with intent to hurt me and my kids. I had never done anything at all to cause any harm to Suzanne. I could easily rent out my half of the building and keep things going. I am not scarred of adversity. Warrior mode is needed to make social changes in medicine. There is always more to do with the pathology of people like Suzanne. They look for more ways to use others and hurt them.

FAMILY SKELETONS

I had in reality saved her step daughter two times in critical life issues. Leslie could not even talk to Suzanne for the help she needed. Leslie could not talk with Alan or Suzanne about critical life issues. She just could not. She would roll her eyes back when I asked her to try and deal with her parents. She told me forget it. All the family press was PR. Alan and Suzanne were constantly telling the world they were the best loving parents on earth. Leslie made it clear this was not the case. She how ever depended on Suzanne for income. This was sad because Leslie was talented. She was trapped by the fame of Suzanne.

So here I went out of my way to help this young woman in a time of chaos and stress. She had three life altering events I can remember which she could never talk to Suzanne or Alan. I help Leslie. I would have helped her with out her famous step mom.

And I get destroyed for being a caring and giving friend.
Suzanne portrays herself as the loving and caring mother whose children will come to her and discuss everything. Well, this is just not true. Leslie could NEVER talk to Suzanne about personal issues. Never. And she could not talk with Alan. She could talk with me.

Suzanne is not the loving and carrying mom she projects on television. In time more of this story will come in my next book. Part of the problems is she is totally into her media image and ego. She believes her own hype. She is totally only into ME ME ME all of the time even when she holds your hand and talks soft and kindly to you. She is and object for sale and has the concept that everything in life can be bought. Everything.

I created Natural Cyclic Hormones and had Suzanne on them and kept them in order by doing routine lab studies. I began this in the 80’s.

When she cut herself off from me she had no idea how to take care of herself. She went to Dr. Del Junco Jr in 1998, my nemesis and had him write hormones for her. He knows NOTHING about women’s health. I saw what he wrote and she was not balanced at all. She was taking far to much estrogen. This lack of balance would produce female cancers of the breast and uterus in anyone.

She had no use for me and had taken my writings and thought anyone she gave my work to could just do the same. She did not understand formulating medications required expertise. This is my life’s work and I keep working on it and changing it. She believed she had destroyed my business life and personal life so I was road kill.

I talked with Dr. Shafa and told him early on the following “she has a family history of breast cancer. She has lied about plastic surgery over and over again. She self medicates and does not understand the science, she will over dose on estrogen and get breast cancer and continue to abuse her body.“ Statement was made in 1997.

Time passed and the next thing in the media was Suzanne had breast cancer. What and irony unfolded. Suzanne got breast cancer and had no idea I had created new technology to remove breast cancer and treat it. She has no idea that my research has lead me into this area and I have achieved advances in removing tumors without mutilation of the breast. And without the use of implants. An entire new way to look at the breast cancer is now taking place. Suzanne has no benefit from my years of research and work. Such irony in life. I am working on a book on breast cancer that will revolutionize how we think about this disease.

I was watching television when her new book came out and crashed on my teeth and broke a tooth from being so angry and filed with rage. I saw she had stolen my NO MORE MENOPAUSE book and was calling my work as her own.

She was a thief and liar again. Her Sexy Sixties became a best seller and it was based on all of my work. I was in the bedroom and my jaw dropped so hard I broke my tooth. This was too much. Suzanne stole my work and was now selling it as her own. This was too much. My life is just crazy. Suzanne thinks she can steal my work and get away with it . She thinks I am road kill on the ground. She now goes on television and changes her own history. She creates a new history that is totally unreal. She lies to millions of people. She tells people a totally created new story of her menopause and hormones that she created to sell the book. I have no idea what else she is involved in. I looked at her hands on camera and they were very old looking. I watched her mouth and saw that above one lip it was not moving. Did she just get collagen in her lips? Or was this the result of the repeated operations on her face? Suzanne wiped me out of her history as if I had never treated or cared for her. That’s cool because it breaks the physician patient relationship. She has made it clear I never existed. That’s fine. It’s time to talk reality about hormones and not the half concocted stories created by Suzanne to sell you a book. The path here in this book is to learn and have the ability to critically think and take care of yourself. I will take the time to refute more on Suzanne and tell more of the horrid story but this book needs to get out as it was intended many years ago. And in my book Suzanne Somers Sucks. Look it up.

Her book does not explain about receptors or the reality there is no existing bio identical hormones today. She never learned the real science and just created a book to market it.

Please do not waste your time or money on any book by this woman.
She changed the book I helped her write for fame and money and not to help women. She got well herself and forgot what it was like to be insane and hurt. She forgot all the pain that she lived and I lived to help her.

Years ago a woman came into my office flipped out she was going to kill herself. Her name was Elizabeth. She had a hysterectomy she did not need. She had no hormones in her body and she was totally out of control. She had heard about my work and came to beg me to help her. She had heard I had created NATURAL CYCLIC HORMONES.

Let me tell you that being right does not mean you are treated as right. That today’s society is about what ever people can get for themselves and steal and get. At least that has been years of my experience. There is a reason I went to the Vatican last summer. A reason I am studying theology. I am not part of this world of LA LA I have sought to have a soul and ethics for myself and my daughters and not act like Suzanne Somers or others.

I spent many hours compounded hormones and designing equipment to make instruments to put hormone pellets in the fat of women. This was created based on the needs of Elizabeth. She improved immediately. She had her life turned around by these creations I made. This was a breakthrough in hormone treatment. You made a cut on the butt and then pushed the device and the pellet went into your butt fat. And then it allowed hormone to be released over months..3 to 6 months. I was able to stabilize Elizabeth and allow her to have a normal life again. Today we have supplements to add to the natural cyclic hormones and give even better treatments.

Elizabeth had a job as a sales person for medical supplies. She had been so messed up by her hysterectomy I suggested she get into therapy to deal with the many complications that took placed. After a few months she needed more direction and I suggested she go to school to help the many thousands of women who had unnecessary hysterectomies. I suggested we create a specialty and practice around this issue. She saw what a value this could be. She would learn to help herself and she could help others. After a few months in school we meet and I saw her focused and no longer full of rage. She was able to even date. She had told me before the hormones she would never go out with a man again. She became aggressive and sex on the treatment program I created for her.

I gave her an outline on her next visit and told her that now she needed to write a book. I had outlined the chapters and set up deadlines for her.

I explained I would help her with the book and telling her story and the medical information would heal her and end up with a book that would help others. In the mean time I had reviewed her case and wrote a legal review for her. She had a typical terrible story I have seen over and over again which was the bases for my book NO MORE HYSTERECTOMIES.

Elizabeth agreed to do the book and dedicate it to me and my work. Also I would have a chapter in the book. The exchange was I would edit the chapters each month. We signed a contract on this as well. Elizabeth brought me the text and I edited. I correct all the medical errors and suggested all the new things for the text. This lasted to the book was completed.

Elizabeth sent me letters and called me thanking me and telling me the book was dedicated to me, explained about my work , thanked me, and had a chapter on me and my work in the text. She sent me the draft to edit. I did the edit as agreed to .She told me she would tell the world how I had been hurt for speaking the truth. She explained she would go on a national tour and vindicate me to the press and media.

Sounds like good karma. I save this woman’s life. I help to re build her life. I went out of my way and did much more than your average MD would do. She ends up married and happy. She gets a degree and new career and she writes a book. Her helping me seems just and fairness. I had been through hell by this time and someone helping me was good karma.

Next thing I find out is that Elizabeth takes my name out of the entire book. Does not mention me or my work and pretends all the theories in the book are hers. I wrote her and her publisher complaining about the parts that had been lifted from the papers Elizabeth took of mine. I complained that no create was given me as promised. Neither Elizabeth or her editor nor the publisher responded to my letters.

She does not even send me a copy of the book. She knows I would be hurt to see how she broke every promise she made to me. Even with written and verbal contracts people simply lie.

Elizabeth decided that I was road kill and she would turn her back on me and move forward never giving me credit for any of the ideas, theories or work. She wanted all the focus on her and was not willing to give credit me. I did and enormous amount for her and will never forgive her . Her book is not worth any time to read because she changed it to be commercial and left out the ethical and moral issues because she sold out.

If I had sold out she would be dead today. If I sold out there would have been no pellets created. No natural hormone treatments for her. No one to tell her that she had been mistreated and did not need her organs removed. She would of gone more insane and killed herself. Many women do actually. If I sold out there would be no Elizabeth. And she has failed to see the big picture.
She is not a researcher and now has no access to any of the current work I am doing on hormones and supplements.

THE PRESS

The history of this book is an education. I am able to tell you these events because they are all real. I do not need to make up stories.

You have a level of belief and consciousness of how our world works. I want you to know what goes on in the world of publishing .The lies , fraud, and cheating that commonly takes place. This book has a history. So much has happened to prevent it from becoming a published document.

In 2001 you would have known about No More Menopause if it was not for the absolute corruption of a writer named John Hannah from People Magazine. Several people witnessed me speaking with John Hannah. I was very clear that the only story I was providing him with was NO MORE MENOPAUSE at that time. John Hannah never even thought that avoiding or preventing menopause had any value. He did not think that women needed to know options existed fro them. I tried repeatedly to explain my work but he was not capable of understanding any of it. He was in many ways a man who objectified women. He was not sensitive or carrying in any way. He was a snake oil salesman. John Hannah and those at People Magazine lied to me about the article. They published only a defamatory piece not based on any reality. I did not have the time or money to fight People Magazine in the courts. If you ever see anything about me in People you know I had nothing to do with it because I would never work with them in any manner. I am completely focused on my work and keeping an ethical position.

SLEEZY NEW YORK POST

I got a call from Hallie Levin from the NY Post. She told me she was going to do a full documentary series of articles on my work for NO MORE MENOPAUSE. She told me she was going to write about my book. She asked to talk with an older patient. She wanted someone who was over 50 years old.

I had cared for Hannie Gilman of NY for some twenty years. Hallie talked to me a very long time about my hormone work. She appeared by her questions to be doing the project she told me about. She also called and talked with my patient Barbara Marlowe in NY about my hormone program.

Hallie contacted Hannie and interviewed her and send a photographer r to take her picture. Hannie was and remains my poster girl at 70 she looked 50. Natural Cyclic hormones kept her youthful and vital. She was carrying for her husband who was ill with prostate cancer. Hannie explained to Hallie how I saved her uterus years before and how she had avoided menopause on my NO MORE MENOPAUSE program. Hannie was to be featured in the article about my work in menopause.

She was so happy that finally after years people in NY would learn about my work. She told her husband and they were both excited to have helped. What was published in the NY Post had nothing to do with Hannie’s story or what Hannie told Hallie Levin. Nothing. It did not cover anything I told Hallie.

The article was about another doctor and was written as if Hannie was his patient. The article also was just terrible and said things about sex that Hannie never discussed with Hallie. Hallie just used her photo and wrote and erroneous article concerning Hannie. This caused pain to Hannie and her husband facing death from his cancer. It was a lie to the public. A common event in today’s press.

Hannie wrote NY Post. I wrote the NY Post. We asked that they correct the article. No one responded.

BROWN LITTLE

No MORE MENOPAUSE was purchased by Brown Little to publish. I was happy with the publisher and awaiting to get my editor. I had moved on to complete four other books. The idea was to come out with a NO MORE SERIES. I had completed books on tubal ligation, endometriosis, fibroids and female cancers. An ad was put up by Brown and Little promoting my book. I waited and nothing happened. I was to have an editor. I was to have a time table but nothing happened. I started to have concern because I had spent five years in research to complete some five books. The idea was to publish them one after another and have a complete library to empower women. I was not getting answers from the publisher. I looked on the internet and found the Carol Group was being sold. No one had told me any of this.
I worried what would happen to my book. There was chaos for weeks …no months. No one could tell me what would happen. I soon realized I could have a dead book. A book that was bought but in the sale of the company the book could get lost and never be point to print. My own personal life was hell in a divorce and having had my ex spouse to be stole everything from me.
On my own I had studied law and contracts. I then bought back my writes to the book. I found later I had made the right choice. Chaos continued and many books were lost in the sale war of the publishers.

I had worked to create a pharmaceutical company to provide safe and natural hormones for women. The deal included the publishing of NO MORE MENOPAUSE. I created over 300 formulas, a web site, packaging and more. After a year the president of the company simply cut me off and stole the business. We had the case mediated and the case was in my favor. However I had no money to pursue the case at the time. Jake Beckel and his staff destroyed my writings and files. They had on computer several of the books. They had no desire to educate women. Everything was about the money and getting the accounts. The company even used hormones I would never approve that were not active. I had the specimens examined and found they were using contaminated formulas. My book had been taken over and torn apart by Beckel and he made the deal only to steal my theories and formulas. It is so strange that people see time as stagnant. I was constantly researching and changing formulas to improve them. He hired Heilel Black to help edit the book and make it commercial. I had known Mr. Black for many years from the time he headed Macmillan when I first meet him. He cut much of the philosophy and hard science in the text. Beckel wanted a book that just sold product. The book was worked on to become a sales medium.

While working at my project called europahealth.com Gina Ford took a 30 page paper I wrote in 1999 as an academic journal article and removed my name made some changes and sent it to S. Kapps at a pharmaceutical peer review journal. S.Kapps had already weeks earlier had my copy. The journal published the GINA FORD article knowing it was plagiarized.

About this time I got a call from an editor at Time Warner. She had followed my work and wanted a book about what happened to me when I spoke out and exposed medical and surgical abuses. The title of that book is BEHIDE the IVORY TOWERS. She was going to publish No More Menopause and do a no more series as well. However she wanted the IVORY TOWERS to come out as soon as possible. This was about 2000. I was gathering all the documents I could find for this major effort. This editor understood the politics of medicine and how balance is needed and the work I do is helpful in the evolution of social change. I was ready to ship out my books for publication November 2001. I had finally found the right home to publish from and the best editor I could ever have. I had a woman who actually understood the medical and the social issues. I had lived in hell from 1996 till 2001. I was finally going to work in a team situation where people understood my theories and work. Karen My neck. I would never forget her name. I have followed her and found she is now in graduate school to get a degree in Public Health. She followed a path to allow her to have direct contact with medical issues.

Now…you have NO MORE MENOPAUSE which is becoming REVERSE IT: Menopause and other hormonal imbalances.

2001

Hold on to your hat. This is a roller coaster ride I have been on. One thing after another. I came home on November 11 2001 and found everything of value in my home gone. The CMB California Medical Board raided my home and removed computers, cameras, money, checks, jewelry and crystal. First edition books. They took whatever they could get out of the house in a few hours. They lied to a nearly retired traffic Judge in another county to get a warrant. They told this man and my neighbors that I was operating illegally on women in my kitchen. Can you imagine how insane this is? The agents took what they wanted for themselves and vanished. I was NEVER charged with anything. It took me over 3 years to get the CMB to return some of my things. My books I had worked on vanished. The computers, the disks and the hard copies vanished. This is the insanity I have had to live through over and over again. I have to stay focused and be grounded. Enormous effort has been made to now publish this book. This book is an historic event in its own. This is more of what Karen wanted me to write about. And I will.


I am ending this section to limit the amount I write. There are many other events that took place concerning the creation of this book. What is most important is that I have provided some history for you to have a perspective about this work and the world we live in. And I am also letting those in my life know I will not stop my work and I will expose the acts of intention that are without worth.

There is karma to all of these stories. Suzanne has all of her money and fame. But she will age and suffer illness like us all. I suspect shame will grow in her path. She will continue live and be dominated with Alan a man who has no respect for women. Elizabeth Plourade could benefit from my formulas which she will never have. Hallie Levin had the chance to do a significant journalistic piece and will always know she cheated herself from honors. And you get the experience of all of these women and many others to enrich your life.

Thus begins the living history of this book that began as NO MORE MENOPAUSE and has become now REVERSE IT: MENOPAUSE. I will keep a historic journal on this work for all to share.
